If everything is working fine with your HVAC system, you may not think you need an inspection, but having two HVAC inspections per year for preventative maintenance can save you from expensive repairs and stress.

Heat pumps have come a long way over the past 15 years. During the winter months, a heat pump may require additional help to maintain the desired temperature in your home. One way a heat pump achieves this is with an electric heat pack inside the air handler. When the temperature outside your house drops, your heat pump will bring on your electric heat to assist in heating your home. When this occurs you will see a red light or AUX on your thermostat, showing you that the heat pump is working.
